To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. If the original bag tears, you can put it in a plastic bag from the grocery store, for example.<\/li><li>If your shipment did not been picked up from the post office and as a result have been returned to us, We will charge for handling costs for undelivered packages (\u20ac 39.00) and it will be sent to you email.<\/li><li>Returned products will only be delivered via <strong>Posti<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>When you are returning the product:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><strong><b>Fill out the return form below. <\/b><\/strong><\/li><li>You can send the products back to us using our return code: <strong>673624 <\/strong>return with the contract number<strong>.<\/strong><\/li><li>Make the return from<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.posti.fi\/en\/private\/parcels-and-tracking\/return-a-parcel\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here.<\/a><br \/><\/strong><\/li><li>We charge a return fee (\u20ac 12.90) upon refund.<\/li><li>You can also return the product to our store in Tampere.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Products that are not covered by the return policy<\/strong>:<\/p><ul><li>Gift cards<\/li><li>Socks, underwear and tights<\/li><li>Individually selected skates (skate shoe + blade with mounted blades).<\/li><li>Individually ordered products<\/li><li>Team shop products<\/li><li>Secondhand products\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Approval<\/strong><\/p><p>If your refund is approved, the refund policy will proceed with a refund to your credit card or original form of payment within a few days. Please note that it may take a few days for the amount to be refunded. Returns will always be processed as soon as possible when they arrive in us.
