These terms of delivery are applied to your ordering from our web store and to the deliveries as well.<\/p>\n<p>These terms of delivery are valid as from 1.9.2024. We have the right to change these terms of delivery unilaterally from time to time so please go through them each time and before you order from our web store.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Products and prices<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The characteristics and the prices of the products in our web store are presented in each product presentation. We reserve the right to change the prices of the products and delivery prices so please check the above amounts in the shopping basket before you accept the order.&nbsp;<br>Product prices include VAT 25,5%, which appears in the shopping cart and order confirmation. Golden Skate is not held accountable for price errors in clear cases, for example if the error was so obvious that the consumer should have understood the existence of the error.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Delivery expenses<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The prices of delivery depend on the product itself (for example the weight and packaging) and the method of delivery chosen. Postage costs inside Finland 6,90\u20ac &#8211; 19,00 \u20ac , will be added automatically to the total amount of your order and you will see the the cost in your shopping basket before you accept your order. For unclaimed shipments, Golden Skate will charge the customer an extra handling fee of EUR 25.00.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ordering and contract<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can order products on the website of our online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to read and commit to our current delivery terms. Please note that it may take a few days for the amount to be refunded. Returns will always be processed as soon as possible when they arrive to us. If a product is missing or is damaged during the transport, or if the delivery is otherwise not as you have ordered, or if there is a defect in the product, please notify us promptly and at the latest within 14 days so we can agree how to correct the situation. Regarding defects related to products ordered by consumers we adhere to the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection legislation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Warranty<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The warranty is conditional on the product being used in accordance with the manufacturer&#8217;s instructions and recommendations. Golden Skate may be released from warranty liability if the product is damaged due to improper use, accident or other similar circumstance. If the manufacturer or service center later discovers that the breakdown was due to the customer&#8217;s negligence, Golden Skate&nbsp;has the right to charge the customer for the repair costs.<\/p>\n<p>The warranty period for skates is 3 months and for blades 1 year.<\/p>\n<p>In complaint situations, we primarily seek to repair the product. If the repair is not successful, the product will be replaced if the complaint is justified. In complaints, we always first consult the manufacturer before accepting the complaint.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Limitation of liability<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Golden Skate Oy will not be liable for any direct, indirect or other damage related to or arising from the order, delivery or the product, except to the extent as otherwise stipulated by the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection law or by the mandatory provisions of other applicable law. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Disputes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In case of any dispute regarding your order we wish to settle such primarily with you.
