Complaints

In case of complaints, always send a photo of the product to be complained about and the receipt or online order to our e-mail info@goldenskate.fi. There are no other complaint channels. 
We always forward the information of the complained product to the factory. The factory assesses the appropriateness of the complaint. The primary aim is to repair the product. If the repair is not successful, the product will be replaced. 

The product exchange is carried out as soon as possible, within 3 weeks after the complaint has been accepted and the customer has been notified of the arrival of the replacement product. 

If the exchange is not carried out within 3 weeks of the product announcement, it is considered that the complaint has expired and the product under complaint is still usable.

The warranty period for skate shoes is 3 months and for blades 1 year.
