Returns

• The returning time is 30 days from the day of purchase..
• Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
• Please note that if the product is missing a price tag, it cannot be returned. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. If the original bag tears, you can put it in a plastic bag from the grocery store, for example.
• If your shipment did not been picked up from the post office and as a result have been returned to us, We will charge for handling costs for undelivered packages (€ 39.00) and it will be sent to you email.
• Returned products will only be delivered via Posti.

When you are returning the product:

• Fill out the return form below.
• You can send the products back to us using our return code: 673624 return with the contract number.
• Make the return from here.
  
• We charge a return fee (€ 12.90) upon refund.
• You can also return the product to our store in Tampere. 

Products that are not covered by the return policy:

• Gift cards
• Socks, underwear and tights
• Individually selected skates (skate shoe + blade with mounted blades).
• Individually ordered products
• Team shop products
• Secondhand products 

Approval

If your refund is approved, the refund policy will proceed with a refund to your credit card or original form of payment within a few days. Please note that it may take a few days for the amount to be refunded. Returns will always be processed as soon as possible when they arrive in us. If the refund for the product does not appear within two weeks, please contact us.

In certain situations, only a partial refund may be granted:

• If the product is not in it’s original condition, damaged or missing parts for any reason other than our own fault.

Discounted products

Discounted products have the same 30-day right of exchange and return.

Product exchange

In case of an exchange, Golden Skate will send the invoice of the transportation costs (9,90€) with the changed product. The cost of resizing the skates will be borne by the customer.

Please contact us in case you are unsurtain of the size you are planning to order. Lets keep our nature as clean as possible and minimize the number of extra shipping’s.

When returning a delivered order, include your: name, contact information and order number.
