These terms of delivery apply to ordering products in our online store and similar deliveries. Our delivery conditions are valid from 28 October 2020. We can change the delivery conditions unilaterally, so please familiarize yourself with our delivery conditions in advance every time you order products from our online store.
Products and product prices
The characteristics and prices of the online store’s products are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs, so please check prices from the shopping cart before you accept the order. The prices of the products include VAT 24%, which appears in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation. Golden Skate can claim an error in clear price error cases, for example if it was such an obvious error that the consumer should have understood the existence of the error.
Shipping costs
For pre-paid orders made via the online store, delivery costs are €5.90 – €15.00 in Finland, depending on the delivery method you choose. Delivery costs will be added to the total of your order. These delivery costs are only valid in Finland. You can see the shipping costs in Finland and abroad charged for your order (if shipping costs are charged) in your shopping cart before you accept the order. Golden Skate charges the customer EUR 39,00 extra for uncollected shipments.
Ordering and contract
You can order products on the homepage of our online store by transferring the products to the shopping cart and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to familiarize yourself with and agree to our delivery conditions valid at any given time. You understand that your order, which you have accepted and confirmed by us, is, except for what is mentioned later about the right of cancellation, binding and creates a contract between us with these terms of delivery.

Golden Skate Oy acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online store takes care of the legal obligations related to the sale as well as other obligations defined by itself. Bank charges
You can use the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. You can pay with the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpanki, Osuuspanki, POP bank, Säästöpanki, S-banken and Ålandsbanken. Your bank statement shows Paytrail Oyj as the payee, we forward your payment to the online retailer. From the online store, you will be directed directly to your own bank to make the payment securely.
Invoice and installment services
Invoicing and installment services via Paytrail are offered by OP, Collector, Jousto and AfterPay. Collector also offers an invoice and installment payment option for business customers. Please read the specific terms and conditions specific to the financing company, which you will see when you accept the payment. When you accept the payment, you also accept the finance company’s terms and conditions.
Credit card payments
You can pay in the online store with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online store uses the international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Checkout appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the customer’s payment card payment directly to the merchant. Payment by card is made using a securely protected payment form and the payment card information is not stored in the online store’s systems.
Mobile payment methods
Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay and Siirto are services that work in the application, with which you can pay for online purchases as a bank transfer from your account or as a card payment from your card by accepting the payment in the respective application. Pivo also accepts Siirto payments, which means that the payment can be accepted in any application that supports Siirto.
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail, so you enter your e-mail address when you place the order. The payment method used is also confirmed in the order confirmation.

Returns
Our return policy is 14 days.
If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note that if the product is missing a price tag, it can no longer be returned. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. If the original bag tears, you can replace it with e.g. a grocery store plastic bag.
An unclaimed package is not a return. For unclaimed packages, we charge the extra handling costs (€39.00)

Refunds
If your return is approved, the refund process will proceed with a refund to your credit card or original payment method within a few days. Please note that it may take a few days for the amount to be returned. Returns are always processed as quickly as possible when they reach us. If you do not see a refund for the product within two weeks, contact us.

Discounted products
Discounted products have the same 14-day exchange and return right.
Product exchange
There is no return or exchange right for used products.
In exchange cases, Golden Skate is responsible for the costs of the product (textiles and accessories) sent back to the customer the first time. The costs resulting from changing the size of the skates remain to be paid by the customer.
When returning a delivered order, include your name and contact information as well as the order number.

Checking the shipment, error and problem situations
Please check the delivery as soon as you receive it. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order or is incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible. In the consumer store, we comply with the mandatory error liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act regarding errors.
Warranty
The guarantee requires that the product be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and recommendations. Golden Skate can be released from warranty responsibility if the product’s breakage is caused by its improper use, accident or other similar circumstance. If the manufacturer or service shop later discovers that the breakdown was caused by the customer’s carelessness, Golden Skate has the right to charge the customer for the repair costs.
The warranty period is 3 months for skates and 1 year for blades.
Complaints
In case of complaints, always send a photo of the product to be complained about and the receipt or online order to our email info@goldenskate.fi. There are no other complaint channels.
We always pass on the information about the advertised product to the factory. The factory evaluates the appropriateness of the complaint.
Primarily, the aim is to repair the product. If the repair is not successful, the product will be replaced.
The warranty period is 3 months for skates and 1 year for blades.
Complaints about used products are not accepted. Used goods are bought in the condition in which they are sold.
Limitation of liability
Golden Skate Oy is not responsible for any indirect or direct or other damage related to the order, delivery or product or caused by any of the above, except until a mandatory provision in the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law has stipulated otherwise with regard to the damage in question.
Disagreements
We try to resolve any disagreements regarding your order primarily by mutual agreement, so please contact info@goldenskate.fi in order to agree on how to proceed. If the disagreement regarding the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the case to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the magistrates’ consumer advisory service (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi). The European Commission’s online dispute resolution forum, the ODR forum (http://ec.europa.eu/odr), brings together all European dispute resolution bodies. The name of the forum comes from the words online dispute resolution (ODR platform), which mean online dispute resolution. The service works in all EU official languages.
