Resistance rubber band “Resistance band” for stretching exercises. The bands length is easily adjustable. The numbered holes make it easy to track the progress of the stretch and adjust the strap for different movements.

The resistance rubber band enhances the stretching exercises, but also assists in practicing various difficult exercises, for example in learning the biellmann position.
