At Golden Skate’s skate service workshop, we assess the need for stretching and help find a suitable solution to improve the fit of your boots.

You can bring your skates directly to our store in Tampere or send them to us for servicing.

1. Book the stretching service through our online store. Select the service that best suits your needs.
2. Pack your skates carefully. Make sure they are protected during transport.
3. Send your skates via Posti. Use return code 673624.
4. Describe the problem by email. Tell us where the boot feels tight or causes pressure. You can also lightly mark the problem area on the boot with a pencil to help us identify it more easily.

How Does the Stretching Work?

We assess the fit of your boots and identify the area that needs stretching. The boot is then stretched as needed, focusing as precisely as possible on the problem area.

Your skate will usually remain at our workshop overnight to allow the boot to stretch gradually and settle into its new shape.
