Pirouette Board – Advanced level

Description

Balancer Advanced is a great tool for off ice practices.  It´s for intermediate level skaters who has very good skills to control their balance on the board. Balancer Advanced is pink colored and it´s measurements are:

• Weight: 250g

In balance exercises place Balancer under your feet (one or both), palms, elbows or buttocks. Add to these exercises various training equipment such as rods, different kinds of balls, pins, small bags filled with peas, rubber bands, weightlifting bars etc. You can also use various sport specific equipment while doing Balancer exercises.
